Information and Booking

What do I need to know before I book?

This is our own home, so it reflects our tastes (some quite quirky!) and is NOT a “cookie cutter” vacation rental.

It’s been carefully updated but you’ll need to remember the building is very old.

The location is VERY rural and there are no facilities within walking distance, so a car is essential

We have a minimum stay of 3 nights but no set changeover days, so you can arrive on any day of the week.

We charge a mandatory cleaning fee of £75 per booking.

We welcome kids of all ages but the garden has a pond and sloped pathways so children MUST be supervised at all times.

You’ll find the answer to LOTs more questions on our FAQ page.

Our resident caretaker Michelle will be able to help with advice on what to do and where to go.

Bookings are administered by The Baiting House Collection, which is a (rather lovely) group of country pubs with rooms that we own. So don’t be confused if your booking confirmation or payment receipt refers to The Baiting House Colleciton. However your booking is with us Andrew & Kate, the owners of Cherry Grove.
